1. Process and verify invoices for payment in a timely manner.
2. Reconcile accounts payable transactions.
3. Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date.
4. Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues.
5. Maintain vendor files and manage vendor inquiries.
6. Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting.
7. Support the finance team with ad-hoc tasks as required.

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
2. Proven experience in accounts payable or a similar role.

3. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
4. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable or a related financial role is required.
