1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2. Professional certification such as CPA or equivalent is preferred.
3. Proven experience in accounting or a related financial role.

1. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
3. Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
4. Effective communication skills in both written and spoken forms.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in an accounting or financial role is required.
