1. Manage and oversee daily accounting operations.
2. Prepare financial statements and reports in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
3. Perform account reconciliations and maintain the general ledger.
4. Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
5. Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.
6. Collaborate with internal and external auditors during audits.
7. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2. Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is preferred.
3. Proven experience in accounting or finance roles.

2. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
3. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or finance is required.
