- Manage and maintain client accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and quality of products.
- Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare regular reports on account status and sales performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Account Executive or similar role in the luxury goods sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in account management within the luxury fashion or watchmaking industry is required.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
