- Oversee daily store operations and ensure adherence to company policies.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve customer inquiries effectively.
- Support the management team in achieving sales targets and operational goals.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and organization.
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are met and maintained.
- Open and close the store, ensuring security procedures are followed.
- Previous retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of retail operations and sales techniques.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Leadership and team management abilities.
- Proficiency in inventory management and visual merchandising.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail environment, with prior keyholder or supervisory experience preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent.
