- Manage store opening and closing procedures efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Support the sales team in achieving sales targets.
- Maintain store visual standards and merchandising.
- Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate register operations.
- Previous retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of customer service principles.
