- Oversee daily store operations and ensure adherence to company policies.
- Assist in managing inventory and visual merchandising to maintain brand standards.

- Support the store manager in achieving sales targets and operational goals.
- Open and close the store, ensuring security protocols are followed.
- Previous retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of luxury retail and customer service excellence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management and point-of-sale systems.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
A minimum of 2 years in a retail environment, with experience in a keyholder or supervisory role preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in retail management is a plus.
