Swatch Full-Time Keyholder

- Open and close the store in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist in achieving sales targets and store profitability goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain store visual standards and merchandising.
- Handle cash transactions and manage the point-of-sale system.
- Support inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Train and mentor junior staff members.
- Previous retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in point-of-sale systems and cash handling.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Leadership and team management skills.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail environment, with a focus on customer service and sales.
High school diploma or equivalent.
