1. Open and close the store in accordance with company policies and procedures.
2. Assist in achieving sales targets and store profitability goals.
3. Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
4. Maintain store visual standards and merchandising.
5. Handle cash transactions and manage the point-of-sale system.
6. Support inventory management and stock replenishment.
7. Train and mentor junior staff members.

1. Previous retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
2. Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
