1. Oversee daily store operations and ensure adherence to company policies.

6. Train and mentor junior staff members.

1. Previous retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
2. Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
3. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

A minimum of 2 years in a retail environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
