- Oversee daily store operations and ensure adherence to company policies.

- Train and mentor junior staff members.
- Previous retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using retail management software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
A minimum of 2 years in a retail environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
