Swatch Full-Time Keyholder

- Manage store opening and closing procedures.
- Assist in sales and customer service operations.
- Support inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained.
- Lead and motivate sales associates to achieve targets.
- Previous retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in retail management software.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
A minimum of 2 years in a retail environment, with experience in a supervisory or keyholder role preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
