Swatch Full-Time Keyholder

- Oversee store operations during assigned shifts.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- Assist in visual merchandising and inventory management.
- Support the store manager in daily operational tasks.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Previous retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of retail operations and customer service principles.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in retail management systems.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
A minimum of 2 years in a retail environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory position.
High school diploma or equivalent.
