1. Oversee store opening and closing procedures, ensuring security and operational standards are met.
2. Assist in managing inventory levels and executing visual merchandising strategies.
3. Provide exceptional customer service and support the sales team in achieving targets.

5. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

1. Previous experience in a retail environment, preferably in a supervisory role.
2. Strong understanding of retail operations and customer service excellence.

3. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

A minimum of 2 years in a retail supervisory position is required.

High school diploma or equivalent is required.
