Swatch Full-Time Keyholder

- Manage store opening and closing procedures.
- Assist in sales and customer service duties.
- Maintain store visual standards and merchandising.
- Support inventory management and loss prevention.
- Lead and train junior staff members.
- Previous retail experience, preferably in luxury or fashion.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
A minimum of 2 years in a retail environment, with prior keyholder experience preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent.
