- Oversee daily store operations and ensure adherence to company policies.

- Previous experience in a retail environment, preferably in a supervisory role.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
A minimum of 2 years in a retail or customer service setting, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
