- Oversee daily store operations and ensure the store is opened and closed in a timely manner.
- Assist in managing inventory and ensure stock levels are maintained.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns.
- Support the store manager in achieving sales targets and operational goals.
- Train and mentor junior staff members to enhance team performance.
- Previous retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of retail operations and inventory management.
