3. Implement and manage visual merchandising strategies to maintain brand standards and attract clientele.
4. Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize store performance and drive profitability.
5. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and retail standards.
6. Coordinate with marketing and promotional teams to execute in-store events and campaigns.
