Swatch E‑Commerce & Digital Marketing Coordinator

- Manage and maintain online product catalogues, pricing, inventory visibility and content on the brand's e‑commerce channels for the Greek market.
- Plan, execute and optimise digital marketing campaigns across paid search, social and display to drive traffic, conversion and revenue.
- Coordinate email and CRM campaigns in partnership with local commercial teams to maximise retention and lifetime value.
- Monitor site performance and user behaviour using analytics tools; produce regular KPI reports and actionable insights to improve conversion and UX.
- Work closely with merchandising, retail and external agencies to align online assortments, launch planning and promotion calendars.
- Ensure digital assets (product pages, imagery, copy) comply with brand guidelines and meet high standards of visual merchandising.
- Provide day‑to‑day support for e‑commerce operations during the maternity cover period, including ad hoc troubleshooting and stakeholder communication.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience in e‑commerce and digital marketing within retail; preferably 2–4 years.
- Strong analytical ability with experience using web analytics to drive commercial decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to liaise with internal teams and external agencies.
- Attention to detail and a strong sense of visual merchandising consistent with luxury brand standards.

- Email marketing platforms (examples: Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
- E‑commerce platform experience (product upload, CMS and catalogue management)
- Microsoft Excel (data manipulation and reporting)
- SEO fundamentals and on‑page optimisation
- Campaign performance analysis and KPI reporting
2–4 years of hands‑on experience in e‑commerce operations and digital marketing, preferably within retail or the luxury goods sector; experience coordinating campaigns with external agencies and cross‑functional commercial teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
