Swatch E-Commerce Product Specialist

- Support the day-to-day management and optimization of the Salesforce Commerce Cloud platform, ensuring high performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Collaborate with development teams to design, build, and deploy customized solutions that enhance e-commerce capabilities, including custom development, integrations, and third-party apps.
- Work with UX/UI teams to ensure a seamless and engaging customer experience, in accordance with WCAG, optimizing website performance, navigation, and overall usability.
- Oversee the technical SEO roadmap to enhance Swatch.com’s speed and usability across all devices.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure platform effectiveness and provide regular reports to management.
- Manage the e-commerce product backlog, prioritizing features, user stories, and epics to ensure maximum value delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including external development teams, designers, and customers, to gather feedback, refine requirements, and ensure a shared understanding of product goals.
- Coordinate product releases, including sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, in adherence to Scrum/Agile principles.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and customer needs to make data-driven decisions and improve onsite conversion rates.
- Utilize Jira to manage and track tasks, projects, and issue resolution to ensure timely delivery and efficient workflow within the e-commerce team.
- Experience as a Product Specialist or similar role in an Agile/Scrum environment, preferably with Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
- Familiarity with WCAG, SEO best practices, analytics tools, and A/B testing methodologies.
- Proactive, flexible, and responsible with strong communication skills.
- Pronounced analytical, technical, and planning skills.

- Ability to work in fast-moving, international environments and manage priorities and tight deadlines.

Experience in e-commerce or related industries, particularly with e-commerce platforms such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
