1. Manage E-Commerce business and analyze current and emerging e-commerce trends and KPI results.
2. Liaise with partners and stakeholders to propose and develop new online strategies and events.
3. Manage payment security and customer purchases.
4. Ensure optimal stock levels and assist in monitoring purchasing functions.
5. Evaluate and monitor market situations, providing feedback for strategy adjustments.
6. Collaborate with the E-Commerce team at HQ and relevant departments to monitor strategies and submit sales performance reports.
7. Manage website local content.
8. Understand customer buying behavior using web analytics tools.
9. Manage daily online sales operations, including orders, payment procedures, inventory returns, and customer service.
10. Support marketing and sales to ensure e-commerce business aligns with brand positioning.

1. Degree in a relevant field with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in an Agile/Scrum environment.

2. Experience with SEO best practices, analytics tools, and A/B testing methodologies
3. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Microsoft Office
4. Strong communication and negotiation skills

6. Customer, service, and solution-oriented

Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a similar role in an Agile/Scrum environment.
