Swatch E-Commerce Executive

- Oversee E-Commerce business operations and analyze current and emerging trends, including KPI results from online marketing initiatives such as CRM campaigns and search engines.
- Manage Market Place business and collaborate with partners and stakeholders to develop and implement new online strategies and events to enhance sales.
- Ensure payment security and manage customer purchases efficiently.
- Maintain optimal stock levels and support purchasing functions as needed.
- Evaluate market conditions and provide strategic feedback to the E-Commerce Department.
- Collaborate with the E-Commerce team at headquarters and other departments to develop and monitor strategies for market coverage, sales advertising, and promotions.
- Manage local website content and understand customer buying behavior using web analytics tools.
- Handle daily online sales operations, including order processing, payment procedures, inventory returns, and customer service coordination.
- Support marketing and sales operations to ensure alignment with the brand's positioning in e-commerce channels.
- Degree in a relevant field with a minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a similar role within an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Proficiency in E-Commerce business and trends
- Experience with SEO best practices, analytics tools, and A/B testing methodologies
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent interpersonal skills for building relationships with team members and stakeholders
A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a similar role within an Agile/Scrum environment is required.
Degree in a relevant field.
