Swatch E-Commerce and Customer Support Specialist
Swatch Group, a prestigious conglomerate renowned for its Swiss watch brands such as Swatch, Omega, Longines, Tissot, Hamilton, Certina, Rado, and Balmain, operates its sales organization in the Netherlands under The Swatch Group Netherlands. Headquartered in Eindhoven, the company supplies to independent jewelers and large retail chains, while also managing a growing number of proprietary retail outlets, including Swatch Stores and the Tissot Boutique in Amsterdam.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, enhancing the online customer experience for Swatch and Flik Flak brands.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via email and phone.
- Coordinate and oversee online order management, including invoicing.
- Manage returns and process refunds efficiently.
- Maintain and improve e-commerce websites.
- Develop and distribute newsletters and dealer mailings.
- Update and manage the Swatch Facebook page.
- Provide digital marketing materials and product information to dealers.
- Fluency in Dutch and English, with additional languages considered an advantage.
- MBO (+) level of education or equivalent work experience.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as a self-starter.
- Proficiency in social media platforms.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
Previous experience in e-commerce or customer support roles is preferred.
MBO (+) level or equivalent work experience.

Permanent position with an initial temporary contract, subject to extension based on performance.
