Swatch E-Commerce and Customer Support Specialist
The Swatch Group Netherlands, a subsidiary of the globally renowned Swatch Group, serves as the sales organization for prestigious Swiss watch brands such as Swatch, Omega, Longines, Tissot, Hamilton, Certina, Rado, and Balmain within the Netherlands. Operating from its headquarters in Eindhoven, the company supplies independent jewelers and large retail chains, while also managing a growing number of proprietary retail outlets, including Swatch Stores, the Tissot Boutique in Amsterdam, and an Hour Passion in the Designer Outlet in Roermond.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, enhancing the online customer experience for Swatch and Flik Flak brands.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues via email and phone.
- Coordinate and oversee online order management, including invoicing.
- Manage returns and process refunds.
- Maintain and improve e-commerce websites.
- Develop and distribute newsletters and dealer mailings.
- Update and manage the Swatch Facebook page.
- Provide digital marketing materials and product information to dealers.
- Fluency in Dutch and English; additional languages are advantageous.
- MBO (+) level of education or equivalent experience.
- Ability to work independently as the sole e-commerce representative in the Netherlands.
- Flexibility, strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and excellent time management.
- Interest in working with luxury products.
- Proficiency in social media management.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Relevant experience in e-commerce and customer support, ideally within the luxury goods sector.
MBO (+) level of education or equivalent experience.
