Swatch E-Commerce and Customer Support Specialist
The Swatch Group, a global leader in the watchmaking industry, is renowned for its prestigious Swiss watch brands including Swatch, Omega, Longines, Tissot, Hamilton, Certina, Rado, and Balmain. The Swatch Group Netherlands serves as the sales organization for these esteemed brands within the country. Operating from its headquarters in Eindhoven, the company supplies independent jewelers and large retail chains, while also managing a growing number of proprietary retail outlets such as Swatch Stores and the Tissot Boutique in Amsterdam.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and issues via email and phone.
- Coordinate and manage online orders, including invoicing.
- Handle returns and process refunds efficiently.
- Maintain and enhance the e-commerce websites.
- Develop and distribute newsletters and dealer mailings.
- Manage the Swatch Facebook page to ensure up-to-date content.
- Provide digital marketing materials and product information to dealers.
- Fluency in Dutch and English, with additional languages being advantageous.
- MBO (+) level of education or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to work independently and as a self-starter in a solitary e-commerce role in the Netherlands.
- Strong communication skills.
- Problem-solving abilities.
- Effective time management.
- Flexibility and adaptability.
- Proficiency in social media platforms.
Experience in a customer support or e-commerce role, preferably within the luxury goods sector.
MBO (+) level of education or equivalent work experience.
