1. Oversee retail operations across multiple locations in Western Canada, ensuring alignment with brand standards and financial objectives.
2. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve district targets and enhance market presence.
3. Lead, mentor, and evaluate store managers to optimize performance and customer satisfaction.
4. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
5. Coordinate with corporate teams to ensure effective communication and execution of company initiatives.

2. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and drive a team towards achieving goals.
3. Excellent analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends.
