1. Oversee the global media planning budget for both online and offline channels.
2. Formulate marketing objectives and strategies for global media planning.
3. Lead HQ media planning campaigns from inception through execution and evaluation.
4. Manage online campaigns with a focus on both awareness and performance, including key market prospecting and retargeting.
5. Supervise local media planning investments, ensuring alignment with media briefings and guidelines.
6. Cultivate relationships with agencies and media owners.
7. Negotiate contracts and campaigns with agencies and international media partners across various media types.
8. Lead and supervise a team of four individuals.

1. Degree in Marketing, Communication, or Business, preferably within the fast-moving consumer goods industry.
2. Experience in media buying across online and offline platforms.

1. Proficiency in integrated marketing and internet strategies.
2. Project management expertise.
3. Ability to manage multiple projects with cross-departmental coordination.
4. Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

Proven experience in media buying and project management, with a preference for candidates who have led teams.

Degree in Marketing, Communication, or Business.
