Swatch Digital Media Team Leader

- Oversee the global media planning budget for both online and offline channels.
- Formulate marketing objectives and strategies for global media planning.
- Lead HQ media planning campaigns from inception through execution and evaluation.
- Manage online campaigns with a focus on both awareness and performance, including key market prospecting and retargeting.
- Supervise local media planning investments, ensuring alignment with media briefings and guidelines.
- Cultivate relationships with agencies and media owners.
- Negotiate contracts and campaigns with agencies and international media partners across various media types.
- Lead and supervise a team of four individuals.
- Degree in Marketing, Communication, or Business, preferably within the fast-moving consumer goods industry.
- Experience in media buying across online and offline platforms.
- Proficiency in integrated marketing and internet strategies.
- Project management expertise.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with cross-departmental coordination.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
Proven experience in media buying and project management, with a preference for candidates who have led teams.
Degree in Marketing, Communication, or Business.
