Swatch Digital Media Planning Project Leader

- Manage international digital media campaigns including Paid Social Media, Display, and Video from briefing to performance optimization and result analysis.
- Directly manage SEA and Shopping campaigns on platforms, ensuring alignment with global brand strategies.
- Collaborate with market teams to coordinate digital media campaigns.
- Work with in-house copywriters and Brand Image & Digital Marketing teams for ad copy creation and digital asset development.
- Prepare trafficking sheets for digital media campaigns in collaboration with the eCommerce and Digital Marketing teams.
- Track, monitor, and optimize digital media campaign performance against key KPIs, adjusting strategies and budgets as needed.
- Analyze digital media campaign data and provide strategic recommendations.
- Lead product data feed setup and optimization for all digital channels.
- Generate regular analytics reports and ad hoc reports in collaboration with the eCommerce and Digital Marketing teams.
- Maintain relationships with agencies and third-party vendors supporting paid marketing efforts.
- Stay informed on the latest digital media trends and best practices.
- Degree in marketing or digital media.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in a web media agency.
- Strong knowledge of digital media planning, focusing on SEA campaigns, social media, programmatic campaigns, retargeting campaigns, web analytics, and tracking systems.
- Proficiency in Google Marketing Platform, Facebook Business Manager, and major DSP/DMP.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and coordinate with various internal and external partners.
A minimum of 3 years in a similar position, preferably within a web media agency.
Degree in marketing or digital media.
