1. Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations.
2. Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
3. Supervise and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets.
4. Manage inventory and visual merchandising to maintain brand standards.
5. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
6. Coordinate in-store events and promotions to drive sales.

1. Previous experience in retail management, preferably in the luxury sector.
2. Strong leadership and team management skills.
3. Proficiency in inventory management and visual merchandising.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
5. Fluency in English and German is required.
