Swatch Deputy Flagship Store Manager

- Lead and collaborate with the store and assistant store managers in team management.
- Assist in recruiting, integrating, and training new employees in alignment with HR and retail management.
- Cultivate a passion for the brand among team members to enhance customer service.
- Conduct regular evaluations of team performance and development.
- Organize and execute meetings in collaboration with store management.
- Motivate and empower team members to achieve sales targets.
- Ensure a unique customer purchase experience and manage sales operations.
- Monitor store presentation and merchandising in accordance with brand guidelines.
- Manage contracts and compliance with labor laws.
- Optimize store expenditures and ensure adherence to financial procedures.
- Oversee store organization, maintenance, and logistical tasks.
- Education in retail sales or as a sales coordinator with commercial skills.
- Experience in sales and leadership within a retail environment.
- Customer-oriented with strong initiative.
- Proficiency in sales strategy and numbers-oriented.
- Experience in PR and marketing activities.

Experience in sales and leadership of a retail store or as an assistant store manager is required.
