Swatch Deputy Flagship Store Manager

- Lead the team alongside the store and assistant store managers.
- Recruit new employees in collaboration with HR and retail management.
- Integrate and train new staff members.
- Cultivate a passion for the brand within the team to enhance customer service.
- Support and mentor co-workers in skill acquisition and sales performance.
- Organize and conduct regular meetings with management.
- Evaluate employee performance and development through regular assessments.
- Address and resolve conflicts impartially.
- Motivate and empower team members to achieve sales targets.
- Ensure a unique customer purchase experience by monitoring sales processes.
- Oversee customer service offerings such as repairs, exchanges, and deliveries.
- Maintain store security and prevent theft.
- Ensure the store is safe, tidy, and clean, enhancing customer comfort.
- Manage store contracts and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Optimize expenditures affecting the operating budget.
- Model compliance with cash handling procedures.
- Analyze sales results and implement strategic plans.
- Ensure effective communication within the store hierarchy.
- Maintain store organization and manage logistical tasks.
- Education in retail sales or as a sales coordinator with commercial skills.
- Experience in sales and store leadership or as an assistant store manager.
- Customer-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
- Proactive and initiative-driven.
- Experience in public relations and marketing activities.
- Proficiency in sales strategy and analysis.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Commitment to representing the Swatch brand.

- Proficiency in German or Swiss German and English.

Experience in sales and leadership within a retail environment, preferably in a flagship store or as an assistant store manager.
