Responsibilities
- Lead the team in collaboration with the store and assistant store manager.
- Recruit and integrate new employees with HR and retail manager approval.
- Train and develop team members to enhance customer service and sales skills.
- Organize and conduct regular team meetings.
- Evaluate team performance and development through regular assessments.
- Resolve conflicts and build trust within the team.
- Boost sales by ensuring product knowledge and customer service excellence.
- Maintain store presentation and merchandising standards.
- Manage store operations, including contracts, expenditures, and compliance with procedures.
- Ensure store organization, maintenance, and logistical tasks are completed efficiently.
Qualifications
- Education as a salesperson in retail or as a sales coordinator with commercial skills.
- Experience in sales and leadership of a store or as an assistant store manager.
