1. Lead the team in collaboration with the store and assistant store manager.
2. Recruit new employees with HR and retail manager approval.
3. Integrate and train new employees.
4. Promote brand passion to enhance customer service.
5. Support co-workers in skill acquisition and sales performance.
6. Organize and execute meetings with management.
7. Evaluate performance and development of team members.
8. Address co-worker issues to build trust.
9. Act as a neutral party in conflict resolution.
10. Organize weekly meetings.

1. Education as a salesperson in retail or as a sales coordinator with commercial skills.
2. Experience in sales and leadership of a store or as an assistant store manager.
3. Customer-oriented and friendly.
4. Initiative-driven.
5. Experience in PR and marketing activities.
6. Proficient in sales strategy.
7. Numbers-oriented.
8. Commitment to representing the Swatch brand.

1. Excellent German or Swiss German.
2. Very good to excellent English (C1 and above).
3. Additional languages are an asset.

Experience in sales and leadership of a store and its sales staff, or as an assistant store manager.
