Responsibilities
- Lead the team in collaboration with the store and assistant store manager.
- Recruit new employees with HR and retail manager approval.
- Integrate and train new employees.
- Promote brand passion to enhance customer service.
- Support co-workers in skill acquisition and sales performance.
- Organize and execute meetings with management.
- Evaluate performance and development of team members.
- Address co-worker issues to build trust.
- Act as a neutral party in conflict resolution.
- Organize weekly meetings.
- Motivate and empower co-workers to achieve sales targets.
- Boost sales through product knowledge and customer experience.
- Ensure customer services such as repairs and exchanges.
- Prevent theft and manage store security.
- Maintain store image, product presentation, and merchandising.
- Manage contracts and compliance with labor laws.
- Optimize expenditures affecting the operating statement.
- Ensure compliance with cash register procedures.
- Analyze sales results and plan accordingly.
- Ensure information flow within the hierarchy.
- Maintain store condition and necessary materials.
- Monitor logistics tasks and product flow.
Qualifications
- Education as a salesperson in retail or as a sales coordinator with commercial skills.
- Experience in sales and leadership of a store or as an assistant store manager.
- Customer-oriented and friendly.
- Initiative-driven.
- Experience in PR and marketing activities.
- Proficient in sales strategy.
- Numbers-oriented.
- Commitment to representing the Swatch brand.
Skills
- Excellent German or Swiss German.
- Very good to excellent English (C1 and above).
- Additional languages are an asset.
Experience Requirements
Experience in sales and leadership of a store and its sales staff, or as an assistant store manager.
