Swatch Deputy Flagship Store Manager

- Lead and collaborate with the store and assistant store managers to drive team performance.
- Recruit, integrate, and train new employees in alignment with HR and retail management.
- Cultivate a passion for the brand within the team to enhance customer service.
- Mentor and support team members in skill acquisition and professional development.
- Organize and execute regular team meetings and performance evaluations.
- Act as a mediator in conflict resolution and build trust within the team.
- Motivate and empower team members to achieve sales targets.
- Ensure a superior customer experience through effective sales management.
- Maintain store presentation and merchandising standards.
- Manage contracts and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Optimize store expenditures and adhere to financial procedures.

- Education in retail sales or as a sales coordinator with commercial skills.
- Experience in sales and leadership within a retail environment.

- Experience in PR and marketing activities.

Experience in sales and leadership of a store and its sales staff, or as an assistant store manager.
