Swatch Deputy Flagship Store Manager

- Lead the team alongside the Store and Assistant Store Managers.
- Assist in recruiting new employees in alignment with HR and retail management.
- Integrate and train new employees, fostering brand passion to enhance customer service.
- Support and develop team members to acquire new skills in sales, product knowledge, and visual merchandising.
- Organize and conduct meetings in collaboration with store management.
- Regularly evaluate employee performance and development through structured assessments.
- Address employee concerns to build trust and resolve conflicts impartially.
- Motivate and empower team members to achieve sales targets.
- Ensure a unique customer experience by maintaining product knowledge and monitoring sales processes.
- Maintain store presentation in accordance with merchandising guidelines.
- Manage store operations, including compliance with labor laws and financial procedures.
- Oversee store organization, including logistics and inventory management.
- Education in retail sales or as a sales coordinator with commercial skills.
- Experience in sales and leadership within a retail environment.
- Customer-oriented with strong initiative.
- Experience in PR and marketing activities.
- Proficient in sales strategy and numbers-oriented.
- Commitment to representing the Swatch brand.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in sales and customer service.
- Analytical skills for performance evaluation and inventory management.
- Fluency in German or Swiss German and English; additional languages are advantageous.
Experience in sales and leadership of a retail store or as an Assistant Store Manager is required.
Education in retail sales or as a sales coordinator is preferred.
