Swatch Deputy Store Manager

- Support the store manager in leading the team and boosting sales.
- Assist in recruiting, integrating, and training new employees.
- Inspire team members to excel in customer service and skill development.
- Conduct performance evaluations and foster a positive work environment.
- Drive team performance to meet sales goals and improve KPIs.
- Ensure excellent customer service and a unique shopping experience.
- Oversee scheduling, budgets, and compliance with labor laws.

- Education as a salesperson in retail or as a sales coordinator with commercial skills.
- Experience in sales and leadership of a store and its sales staff, or as an assistant store manager.
- Customer-oriented and friendly demeanor.
- Initiative-taking and proactive in sales strategy.
- Experience in PR and marketing activities.
- Numbers oriented and committed to representing the Swatch brand.
- Leadership and team management.
- Sales and customer service excellence.
- Strong communication and conflict resolution.
- Proficiency in sales strategy and performance analysis.
- Visual merchandising and store organization.
Experience in sales and leadership roles within a retail environment, preferably in the luxury sector.
Education as a salesperson in retail or as a sales coordinator.
