Swatch Deputy Store Manager

- Support the store manager in leading and developing the team.
- Drive sales and enhance brand visibility.
- Ensure seamless store operations and optimize performance metrics.

- Experience in sales and leadership of a store and its sales staff, or as an assistant store manager.

- Experience in PR and marketing activities.
- Proficiency in sales strategy.

Proven experience in sales and leadership roles within a retail environment, preferably as an assistant store manager.
Education in retail sales or sales coordination is advantageous.
