Swatch Deputy Store Manager

- Support the Store Manager in leading and managing the team to achieve sales targets and enhance brand representation.
- Assist in recruiting, integrating, and training new employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Drive team performance to meet and exceed sales goals, improving key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure exceptional customer service and a unique shopping experience.
- Maintain store operations, including scheduling, budgeting, and compliance with labor laws.
- Oversee visual merchandising to align with brand standards and ensure a welcoming store environment.
- Manage logistical tasks such as deliveries, stock management, and inventory control.
- Uphold brand values and workplace standards, ensuring the safety of employees and customers.
- Education in retail sales or as a sales coordinator with commercial skills.
- Experience in sales and leadership within a retail environment, preferably as an assistant store manager.
- Customer-oriented with strong initiative and commitment.
- Experience in public relations and marketing activities.
- Proficiency in sales strategy and numbers-oriented decision making.
- Leadership and team management

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in visual merchandising
- Analytical skills for KPI and sales analysis
Experience in sales and leadership of a store and its sales staff, or as an assistant store manager.
Education in retail sales or as a sales coordinator.
