1. Assist the Flagship Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring the store meets its sales targets.
2. Lead and motivate the sales team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve performance goals.
3. Manage inventory levels and ensure the store is well-stocked with the latest products.
4. Implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance the store's aesthetic appeal.
5. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to maintain high customer satisfaction.
6. Coordinate with the marketing team to execute promotional activities and events.
7. Monitor sales performance and prepare reports for senior management.

1. Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the luxury or fashion sector.
2. Strong leadership and team management skills.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
4. Proficiency in inventory management and merchandising.
5. Fluency in English and German; additional languages are a plus.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management role, ideally within the luxury or fashion industry.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
