1. Assist the Flagship Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
2. Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
3. Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained at all times.
4. Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management.
5. Implement visual merchandising strategies to attract and engage customers.
6. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues to maintain customer satisfaction.
7. Support in training and developing store staff to enhance their skills and performance.

1. Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the luxury or fashion sector.
2. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
3. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
4. Proficiency in inventory management and visual merchandising.
