1. Assist the Flagship Store Manager in overseeing daily operations of the store.
2. Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
3. Manage inventory and ensure stock levels are maintained.
4. Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets.
5. Implement visual merchandising standards to enhance store presentation.
6. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
7. Support in training and development of store staff.

1. Previous experience in retail management, preferably in luxury or fashion sectors.
2. Strong leadership and team management skills.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
