1. Lead the team in collaboration with the store and assistant store managers.
2. Recruit and integrate new employees in alignment with HR and retail management.
3. Cultivate a passion for the brand within the team to enhance customer service.
4. Facilitate the professional development of team members through training and mentorship.
5. Organize and conduct regular team meetings to evaluate performance and development.
6. Act as a mediator in resolving conflicts within the team.
7. Drive sales by maintaining comprehensive knowledge of collections and products.
8. Ensure an exceptional customer experience through vigilant sales management.
9. Maintain the store's image and merchandising standards.
10. Manage contracts and compliance with labor laws and social norms.
11. Optimize store expenditures and ensure strict adherence to financial procedures.
12. Oversee store organization, maintenance, and logistical tasks.

1. Education in retail sales or as a sales coordinator with commercial skills.
2. Experience in sales and leadership within a retail environment.
3. Customer-oriented with a proactive approach.
4. Experience in PR and marketing activities.
5. Proficiency in sales strategy and numerical analysis.
6. Commitment to representing the Swatch brand.
