Swatch Deputy Flagship Store Manager

- Lead the team in collaboration with the store and assistant store managers.
- Assist in recruiting new employees in alignment with HR and retail management.
- Integrate and train new employees, instilling a passion for the brand.
- Support and develop co-workers to enhance their skills in sales, product knowledge, and visual merchandising.
- Organize and conduct meetings with store management.
- Evaluate the performance and development of team members regularly.

Experience in sales and leadership of a retail store or as an assistant store manager is required.
