- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with internal departments to address and resolve customer concerns.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on customer service processes.
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within the luxury goods sector.
- Proficiency in CRM software and customer service tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service position, ideally within the luxury fashion or retail industry.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
