- Respond to customer inquiries, providing general information and pricing details about products.
- Leverage product knowledge to deliver exceptional service and cultivate customer relationships.
- Support the brand and its re-sellers with comprehensive assistance.
- Utilize company resources to maintain up-to-date product knowledge.
- Respond promptly to email inquiries, ensuring departmental deadlines and goals are met.
- Assist customers via phone calls, emails, and chats, including placing product orders and providing shipping status updates.
- Research and address customer inquiries through phone, chat, and email.
- Update and maintain customer records in Salesforce and SAP systems.
- Resolve issues by collaborating with relevant departments and stakeholders.
- Conduct research on timepieces and parts using the SAP system.
- Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction through timely follow-up processes.
- Perform due diligence on customer inquiries through effective communication.
- Execute additional duties as assigned by management.
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Previous experience or knowledge of Salesforce and SAP systems is advantageous.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and organization.
- Highly organized with excellent follow-up skills.
- Flexibility to work additional hours during peak seasons.
- Dependable and reliable team player.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn new tasks for personal and team growth.
