- Support the Marketing Manager in developing and implementing innovative marketing communication strategies to infuse the Swatch brand's vibrant ethos into the Italian market.
- Create and execute captivating social media content, both independently and in collaboration with external partners, to engage Italian audiences with Swatch's values, product concepts, and collections.
- Design and implement pioneering brand activations and special projects to captivate the Italian market and promote Swatch brand values, including brand roundtrips.
- Monitor the competitive landscape and identify emerging social and influencer trends to leverage as communication opportunities within the Italian market.
- Ensure the precise execution of assigned activities, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders across all brand functions.
- Foster synergy with all marketing functions, including digital and traditional media, social media, marketing communication, trade marketing, events, and public relations.
- Support additional marketing initiatives for the Italian market.
- Over five years of experience in social media content creation.
- Comprehensive knowledge of content creation tools, including graphic design, photo, and video editing.
- Creativity, proactive approach, project management skills, and a can-do attitude.
- Strong aesthetic sense for fashion and social content; a network of social talents is advantageous.
- Curiosity and ability to identify new social media trends and themes, especially those relevant to Generation Z.
