- Support the Marketing Manager in developing and implementing innovative marketing and communication strategies to infuse the Swatch brand's vibrant essence into the Italian market.
- Create and execute captivating content for local social media platforms and digital campaigns, effectively communicating the brand's product concepts and collections.
- Design and implement pioneering brand activations and special projects to captivate the Italian market and promote Swatch brand values.
- Monitor the competitive landscape, identify emerging social trends, and engage influencers to leverage communication opportunities in the Italian market.
- Collaborate in the execution of the global loyalty program, focusing on local initiatives to enhance customer retention and foster a loyal community connected to the brand.
- Ensure the seamless execution of assigned activities, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders across all brand functions.
- Foster synergy with all marketing functions, including media (digital and traditional), social media, marketing communication, trade marketing, events, and public relations.
- Support the Marketing Manager in managing marketing budget items using dedicated IT tools.
- Over five years of experience in brand communication, events, social media management, and content creation.
- Demonstrated creativity, proactive approach, project management skills, and a can-do attitude.
- Keen curiosity and ability to identify new social media trends, creators, and themes, with a focus on Generation Z.
- Comprehensive knowledge of office software packages.
- Familiarity with graphic and video editing tools.
