1. Oversee daily operations of the Swatch concession at Harvey Nichols, ensuring exceptional customer service and operational efficiency.
2. Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of visual merchandising.
3. Develop and implement strategies to increase foot traffic and sales within the concession.
4. Maintain inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management.
5. Collaborate with Harvey Nichols management to align with store policies and promotional activities.
