Swatch Business Controller
The Swatch Group, a prestigious global conglomerate renowned for its Swiss watch brands such as Swatch, Omega, Longines, Tissot, Hamilton, Certina, Rado, and Balmain, operates its Dutch sales organization from Eindhoven. The Swatch Group Netherlands caters to independent jewelers and large retail chains, while also expanding its own retail presence with Swatch Stores, a Tissot boutique in Amsterdam, and an Hour Passion store in Roermond's Designer Outlet.
- Serve as a strategic partner to the Commercial organization, contributing to the development and professionalization of the Finance team.
- Assume full P&L responsibility for B2B operations, overseeing key processes such as month-end closing, budgeting, and sales forecasting.
- Act as the right hand to the CFO, providing insightful analyses and presentations to support growth strategies.
- Deliver insights into gross and net margin developments.
- Support and advise on business cases for new retail locations.
- Report commercial and financial forecasts.
- Contribute actively to the month-end closing process in collaboration with Finance colleagues.
- Prepare cash flow analyses, projections, and capex controlling.
- Present operational and commercial results to the executive team (CEO & CFO).
- Automate and optimize reporting processes.
- Completed university degree in a business economics field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
- Experience in a retail organization is preferred.
- Ability to communicate financial analyses clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
- Proactive and initiative-driven.
- Ability to prioritize and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in IT systems such as SAP, SAP BW, and Office 365, with advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent command of Dutch and good command of English, both written and spoken.

A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably within the retail sector.
University degree in business economics or a related field.
