Swatch Business Controller

The Swatch Group Netherlands is the sales organization for renowned Swiss watch brands such as Swatch, Omega, Longines, Tissot, Hamilton, Certina, Rado, and Balmain within the Netherlands. Operating from its headquarters in Eindhoven, the company supplies independent jewelers and large retail chains, and also manages its own growing number of retail outlets.

1. Serve as a financial partner for the commercial organization.
2. Contribute to the development and professionalization of the Finance team.
3. Hold full P&L responsibility for B2B business activities.
4. Coordinate key processes such as month-end closing, budgeting, and sales forecasting.
5. Deliver compelling analyses and presentations to support growth strategy.
6. Provide insights into gross and net margin development.
7. Support and advise on business cases for opening new retail outlets.
8. Report commercial and financial forecasts.
9. Contribute to month-end closing with Finance colleagues.
10. Prepare cash flow analyses and projections, and manage capex controlling.
11. Present operational and commercial results to the CEO and CFO.
12. Automate and optimize reporting processes.

1. Completed university education in business economics.
2. Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
3. Experience in a retail organization is a plus.

1. Ability to make financial analyses understandable for all stakeholders.
2. Team mentality with the ability to work independently.
3. Proactive and initiative-taking.
4. Ability to quickly adapt and prioritize tasks.
5. Proficiency in IT systems such as SAP, SAP BW, and Office 365, with advanced Excel skills.
6. Excellent knowledge of Dutch and good knowledge of English, both spoken and written.

Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a retail organization.
