The Swatch Group Netherlands operates as the sales organization for prestigious Swiss watch brands such as Swatch, Omega, Longines, Tissot, Hamilton, Certina, Rado, and Balmain within the Netherlands. As part of the global Swatch Group, the company is headquartered in Eindhoven, providing services to independent jewelers and large retail chains. The organization also manages a growing number of proprietary retail outlets, including Swatch Stores, a Tissot boutique in Amsterdam, and an Hour Passion store in the Designer Outlet in Roermond.

1. Serve as a strategic partner to the Commercial organization, contributing to the development and professionalization of the Finance team.
2. Assume full P&L responsibility for B2B business activities and coordinate key processes such as month-end closing, budgeting, and sales forecasting.
3. Deliver compelling analyses and presentations to support growth strategy.
4. Provide insights into gross and net margin developments.
5. Support and advise on business case development for opening new retail outlets.
6. Report commercial and financial forecasts.
7. Contribute actively to the month-end closing in collaboration with other Finance colleagues.
8. Prepare cash flow analyses, projections, and capex controlling.
9. Present operational and commercial results to the executive team (CEO & CFO).
10. Automate and optimize reporting processes.

1. Completed university degree in a business economics field.
2. Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience.

1. Ability to convey financial analyses to stakeholders at all levels.
2. Team-oriented mindset with the capability to work independently.
3. Proactive and initiative-driven.
4. Ability to prioritize and adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
5. Proficiency in IT systems such as SAP, SAP BW, and Office 365 with advanced Excel skills.
6. Excellent command of Dutch and good command of English, both written and spoken.

Experience within a retail organization is preferred.

University degree in business economics or related field.
