Swatch Business Controller
The Swatch Group, a prestigious global conglomerate, is renowned for its iconic Swiss watch brands, including Swatch, Omega, Longines, Tissot, Hamilton, Certina, Rado, and Balmain. The Swatch Group Netherlands, based in Eindhoven, serves as the sales organization for these esteemed brands within the Netherlands, supplying independent jewelers and major retail chains. The company also operates a growing number of its own retail outlets, such as Swatch Stores, a Tissot boutique in Amsterdam, and an Hour Passion store in the Designer Outlet in Roermond.
- Serve as a strategic partner to the Commercial organization, contributing to the development and professionalization of the Finance team.
- Assume full P&L responsibility for B2B business activities, coordinating key processes such as monthly closing, budgeting, and sales forecasting.
- Provide insightful analyses and presentations to support growth strategy.
- Offer insights into gross and net margin developments.
- Support and advise on the creation of business cases for new retail openings.
- Report commercial and financial forecasts.
- Contribute actively to the monthly closing process in collaboration with Finance colleagues.
- Prepare cash flow analyses, projections, and manage capex controlling.
- Present operational and commercial results to the executive team (CEO & CFO).
- Automate and optimize reporting processes.
- Completed university education in a business economics field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
- Ability to make financial analyses comprehensible to all stakeholders.
- Team-oriented mindset with the capability to work independently.
- Proactive and initiative-driven.
- Ability to quickly adapt and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in IT systems such as SAP, SAP BW, and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent command of Dutch and good command of English, both written and spoken.
A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience, preferably within a retail organization.
University degree in business economics or a related field.

Opportunity to work in a growing international organization, with a challenging and diverse role for 40 hours per week. Option to enroll in a collective health insurance plan through The Swatch Group. Remote work on a structural basis is not possible.
