1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
2. Professional certification such as CPA or CMA is preferred.
3. Proven experience in financial analysis and business controlling.

A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a financial analysis or business controlling role, preferably within the luxury or consumer goods sector.
