1. Ensure the functionality of all facilities within and around buildings.
2. Perform maintenance and cleaning of buildings and outdoor areas, including garden care and waste management.
3. Replace lamps, door locks, and fuses; inspect heating and electrical installations; and repair leaking faucets.
4. Conduct minor repairs independently and consult specialists for complex issues.
5. Assist with simple painting and carpentry tasks, such as repairing furniture or painting fences.
6. Utilize various equipment, machines, and vehicles, including pressure washers and lawnmowers, and perform maintenance and minor repairs on them.
7. Assist with employee workspace relocations, transportation tasks, and errands.
8. Participate in snow removal activities.

1. Self-reliant, flexible, and helpful individual with manual skills and PC knowledge.
2. Possession of a driver's license is advantageous.

1. Proficiency in using maintenance equipment and tools.
2. Basic computer skills.
3. Strong problem-solving abilities.
4. Good communication skills in German and French.

No prior professional experience required, but manual skills and some familiarity with maintenance tasks are beneficial.

Completion of compulsory education.
