1. Ensure all facilities in and around buildings are functioning properly.
2. Maintain and clean buildings and outdoor areas, including garden care and waste management.
3. Replace lamps, door locks, and fuses, and inspect heating and electrical installations.
4. Perform minor repairs and consult specialists for more complex issues.
5. Conduct simple painting and carpentry tasks, such as repairing furniture or painting fences.

1. Independent, flexible, and helpful personality.
2. Manual skills and PC knowledge.
3. Ideally possess a driver's license.

1. Proficiency in using various devices, machines, and vehicles like high-pressure cleaners and lawnmowers.
2. Ability to perform maintenance and minor repairs on equipment.

Experience in maintenance tasks and handling equipment is preferred.
