1. Support the Store Manager in daily operations and management of the store.
2. Coach and guide the team to achieve sales, presentation, and customer service objectives.
3. Ensure the store's visual presentation aligns with brand guidelines.
4. Act as the primary point of contact for staff in the absence of the Store Manager.
5. Assist in inventory management, scheduling, and customer service follow-up.
6. Serve as a Sales Advisor, providing guidance to international customers on watch and jewelry purchases.
7. Represent the brand as an ambassador and advisor, handling customer service, repairs, and after-sales inquiries.

1. Experience in a similar role, preferably within mid to high-end retail.
2. MBO level of education or equivalent work experience.
3. Experience in leadership and sales roles.

Previous experience in a comparable position, ideally in mid to high-end retail.

MBO level of education or equivalent work experience.
