Swatch Assistant Store Manager

The Swatch Group Netherlands is the sales organization for renowned Swiss watch brands such as Swatch, Omega, Longines, Tissot, Hamilton, Certina, Rado, and Balmain within the Netherlands. Operating from its headquarters in Eindhoven, the company supplies independent jewelers and large retail chains, and manages a growing number of its own retail outlets, including Swatch Stores and the Tourbillon Boutique in Amsterdam.

1. Assist in the daily management and operations of the store.
2. Coach and guide the team to achieve sales, presentation, and customer service goals.
3. Ensure the store's appearance aligns with brand presentation guidelines.
4. Act as the primary contact for staff in the absence of the Store Manager.
5. Support inventory ordering and management.
6. Assist in creating staff schedules.
7. Support customer service, repairs, and after-sales processes.
8. Advise international customers on watch and jewelry purchases.

1. Experience in a similar role, preferably within mid to high-end retail.
2. MBO work and thinking level.
